We at Superior Koi build a quality, high-end koi heater using the best parts available. All units are guaranteed from date of purchase for one year. During the warranty period if any part of the unit malfunctions, a phone call should be made directly to John Hadley, President of Superior Koi Heaters, who will gladly warranty the part at no cost to you.* If, after one year, a part is defective, I will go back to the manufacturer of the part and try to extend the warranty for you at that time.
We stand behind our product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are available and happy to answer any questions that may arise during set-up or usage of the Superior Koi Heating system.
